ANSWERS TO YOUR GLAMPING QUESTIONS

Glamping, short for glamorous camping, is a luxurious outdoor experience offering guests a chance to immerse themselves in nature with modern comforts. Here are some key details about our glamping site:

Check-in & Checkout:  Check-in time is at 3 pm, and checkout is at 11 am.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:  Reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. If you cancel at least seven (7) days before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund minus 3% transaction fees. Cancelling within seven days but before 48 hours of check-in incurs a 53% charge. Not showing up or cancelling within 48 hours of check-in results in no refund.

Deposit:  A $100 damage deposit is required upon check-in to cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. This deposit is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit. Damages in excess of the deposit will be charged to the card on file for the booking.

Bathroom Facilities:  Our tents feature flushing toilets and hot showers. Each tent has its own bathroom setup, including an eco-friendly toilet or indoor facilities located nearby.

Electricity / WIFI / Cell Service: Tents have solar-powered lighting and USB ports for charging phones. There's no WIFI, but cell reception is strong atop the hill where the tents are situated.

What to Bring:  Guests need to bring clothes, toiletries, food, insect repellant/sunscreen. Tents come with propane stoves, fire pits with grills, dishes, linens, and towels.

Housekeeping?:  Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes and putting them away before checkout.

Pets?:  We welcome a maximum of two dogs per booking. Dogs must be well-behaved and under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Guests must bring their own bedding for the dog(s), as they are not allowed on the resort beds. Pet owners are welcome to walk their dog outside of their campsite, so long as the dog is on leash or under control at all times. If the dog is inclined to chase or bark at other animals, they may not enter barnyard area.

Reception Area:  There is no reception office; guests proceed directly to their site and follow check-in instructions in the tent.

Tent Material:  Tents are made of canvas with a frame of rough-sawn lumber.
